We invite you to become a sponsor for the 11th annual Generation III Gun Championship.  As you may know, the sport of 3-Gun competition is the fastest growing of the practical/action shooting sports with participation increasing dramatically every year, especially by juniors. 

 

Generation III Gun is an exciting nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization focused on promoting the competitive shooting sports to juniors. Junior shooters are the future of the 2nd Amendment and our great sport. We will strive to educate juniors about the important role that they will play in the future of firearms in this country through the enjoyment and camaraderie of competitive shooting sports. We aim to become the organization that ensures that every junior shooter that wants to attend a 3-gun match can. Our goal is to reimburse junior shooters for every major 3-gun match entry fee. Once that goal is accomplished, we will focus on our goal of ensuring that any junior that wants to shoot a major match has the resources they need to do so.

 

The sole fundraiser for Generation III Gun, Inc. is the Generation III Gun Championship held annually at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Central Missouri at the Gadsden Shooting Center complex.  The reviews we have seen and heard from last year’s match are all positive.  Our ground crew continue to hit home runs on stage design.  The 2024 match will be held September 6-8 and will feature 8 stages shot over the course of 3 days. We will have approximately 208 paying shooters (230-250 total including staff and sponsor shooter slots), separated into 16 squads. Each squad will shoot our half-day format. This will provide you the opportunity to talk with current and potential customers whether at the range, or the match hotel.

 

By becoming a sponsor, you will benefit from many promotional opportunities during and after the match.

Opportunities include free entries to shoot the match, vendor tables, advertisement on our website and active social media, handouts of your catalogs and promotional material to all shooters, a banner display and name recognition on the range, at the awards ceremony, and mention on popular shooting forums. 

 

Our goal is to offer a challenging and fun competition and reward all the competitors with prizes.  Our plan is to offer prizes for those shooters who do not win a firearm, so even if you can only donate something small, it would be greatly appreciated.

GENERATION III SPONSOR INFORMATION

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

Dear Sponsors,

We would love for you to become a part of our event and show your support to the awesome sport of 3 gun. This will be a three day, 16 squad, 8 stage event. Thank you for your time and consideration. Please review all sponsorship levels and details below.

​

We are also looking for sponsors for our range officers. We would like to reward them for their hard work and sacrifice. If you would like to donate for RO’s please let me know and we can work out the details. We will make sure you are recognized in the match book as well as during the awards ceremony.

Please select which sponsor option you would like:

The sponsor agrees to provide merchandise or gift certificates (at retail value) in the amount of the sponsor level chosen. Please list the retail value of each item donated. Advertising and marketing material is not considered retail merchandise, but will be included in shooter registration packets. Generation III Gun, Inc.  agrees to use all Sponsor donated items for prize table, shooters packets and range officers gifts. Generation III Gun, Inc. will provide the advertising and services listed above according to the selected sponsor level. Sponsors will provide logo artwork and banners for the range. Banner shipment to the match is the responsibility of the sponsor and all the banners should be received no later than August 31, 2024. *Sponsor Merchandise and Logos/Artwork must also be received no later than August 1, 2024. Sponsor logos and website links will be added upon receipt of Sponsorship Agreement. Sponsor logos will not be printed on match shirt if this deadline is not met.

One of our primary goals is to get our sponsors as much publicity and recognition as possible. If you have any ideas or requests please let us know. Here are some of the things we will be doing for our sponsors:

  1. Title Sponsor will be on the back of match shirt in the most prominent location at or near the top.

  2. All sponsors, Gold and above will be listed on the back of match shirt. (Print/logo size will be determined by level of sponsorship.)

  3. Pictures will be taken of 1st place of every division holding item off prize table. Pictures will be posted to match website and a copy will be sent to prize donor. High Lady and High Junior will also have pictures taken.

  4. Popular shooting forums will be updated at minimum every 2 weeks with match updates.

  5. All sponsors will be listed on forums and social media with sponsor list being updated once a month.

  6. Due to the design of the match, shooters will shoot only ½ days. This will provide any sponsor with vendor tables the opportunity to talk with shooters about your products.
